Since he was 15 years old he has been training in different movement schools (classic dance, eurythmics, jazz, rock-climbing, karate, Tai Chi Quan).

Before he became a Rolfer in 1994 he trained in psychotherapy (analytical body therapy). As a Rolfer he enlarged the comprehension of the human body through the training in Reichian bodywork and the physiotherapeutical "Spiral Dynamics", as well as a German state licensing in naturopathic medicine ("Heilpraktiker").

His education as a Rolfer drove him to study in France, Italy, Spain and USA. He teaches Rolfing in Brazil and has also a practice there.

He says about himself:
"I'd like my clients to feel their bodies as being light, graceful and movable and have as much joy with it as with a valuable musical instrument."
